Our Service Flow
- We are a food delivery provider, offering you a digital platform for (a) ordering your food over the internet from our extensive list of home-cooked items (b) making pre payment for your ordered food through banking channels.
Use of Our Services
- You can access our Services by registering for creating an account on our website or through our app.
- By deciding to register for our services, you agree upon providing current, complete, and accurate information at the time of the registration and updating such information whenever required for keeping it complete, current, and accurate.
- We reserve the complete right to terminate or suspend your Account if any of your provided information during the process of registration or thereafter stand to be incomplete, not current, or inaccurate.
- You need to take the sole responsibility of safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose the password of your account to any outsider or third party user and to be liable to any action or activity that takes place under your Account, irrespective of your authority. You need to notify us immediately of any kind of unauthorized access happening as far as the security of your account is concerned.
Financial Terms and Bookings
- Our Services allow you to order food items and we will deliver you the same. All the offered facilities are subject to the mentioned Terms & Conditions.
- You must know that your order will be governed by the limitations and restrictions mentioned in our Terms & Conditions encompassing, but not confined to, delivery location and product availability.
- As per our general rule, every food order that is placed on our website or app is considered as confirmed. You must book your order prior to 6am on that same day through our website or App for convenient and easy flow of work. Any orders placed after this time won’t be entertained.
- When you have placed your order successfully, we may give you a call on the mobile or telephone number you have provided, for confirming your order details, payment details, and anticipated delivery time.
- We may even contact you for confirming or informing any modification in your order because of unavailability or availability or alteration in the cost of your order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You are provided the provision to cancel any of your placed order free of cost according to the below mentioned conditions.
- Order cancellations would be accepted through our Apna Food website or App only.
- You will be provided the provision of cancelling your order till 6am. After this time your order will move into the processing phase.
We reserve the complete right to dismiss or cancel your placed order if any of the below mentioned circumstances arise:
- If the entered address stands beyond our delivery zone
- Failure to reach you by email or phone
- Failure to deliver the order because of lack of direction or information provided by you
- Failure because of reasons that aren’t controllable by us.
We will entitle you to a full refund if only you make a pre payment for your placed order and only if a below mentioned condition arises:
- The packaging of your order has been damaged or tampered
- You cancelling your order at confirmation time because of unavailability of items that you had ordered while booking.
- Our decision on the refunds will be solely at our discretion and will be final.
- All the refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 3 to 4 business days based on the terms of your credit/ debit card.
